- Photo release for vendor portfolio + marketing use perpetual royalty-free license to use a representative subset for your portfolio, social, website — client retains personal-use rights, commercial usage separate
- Optional second-shooter scope when included, the second shooter operates under your direction with same delivery, release, and license terms as the lead — clean sub-contractor relationship
- Coverage hours + deliverables online gallery within 6 weeks of event, minimum 30 edited images per hour of coverage, print release included, commercial usage license separate
- Deposit + balance schedule standard 30% non-refundable deposit at signing, balance due 7 days before event — net-30 invoicing requires a written scope amendment for corporate buyers
- Cancellation policy with configurable notice window 30 days default; client cancellations within window trigger full balance, vendor cancellations refund deposit
- Travel + per-mile mileage clause for events outside your normal coverage radius (load gear, drive, shoot, drive back)
