- Session package (configurable count + length) 3 / 6 / 12 sessions of 50 min default — package completion window is 12 months from signing
- 24-hour rescheduling policy sessions rescheduled with 24+ hours notice are free; less-than-24 cancellations forfeit the session — protects your time without nickel-and-diming
- Between-session communication scope brief check-ins and clarifying questions only — substantive coaching happens in scheduled sessions, so you don’t end up running an unpaid Slack
- Payment plan terms when offered: payments are due on schedule regardless of session-completion pace, pausing doesn’t pause payment obligations
- Non-clinical disclosure (the big one) coaching is professional, goal-focused conversation — NOT psychotherapy, medical advice, legal advice, financial advice, or clinical care of any kind — with crisis-referral language baked in
- Confidentiality with mandatory-reporting carve-out standard confidentiality with explicit carve-outs for mandatory reporting and imminent-harm exceptions
