Venue-specific clauses, generated per booking.
The contract auto-generates with actual booking data and the venue-specific clauses we built (see them on /templates):
- Access window: setup 4hr pre / cleanup 1hr post spelled out so the wedding planner’s timeline lines up with yours, with overtime billing if either side runs long
- Refundable damage deposit, configurable or 20% default — auto-refund within 14 days subject to walkthrough; damages above the deposit bill at cost + handling
- Alcohol policy: BYOB-with-bartender / in-house only / no alcohol — pick at proposal time, the contract codifies the right one with state-law compliance language
- Outside-vendor allowlist + 30-day pre-approval window — couple must use your preferred vendor list OR get pre-approved outside vendors with proof of liability insurance
- Force-majeure with venue-side cancellation refund clause — protects you from postponement liability while remaining fair to the couple
- Cancellation policy with configurable notice window so you stop losing peak-season dates to last-minute cancellations
