Import your HoneyBook contacts in a couple of minutes, then stand up your booking page. Your HoneyBook history stays exactly where it is while you set up your new front door.
- 1. Import your HoneyBook clients. Bring your client list into BookNox as a CSV in one step (Clients → Import). Keep copies of any past projects, contracts, and invoices you need before you cancel.
- 2. Set up your packages once. Recreate your services and prices in settings (about 15 minutes) plus your contract defaults for your vertical.
- 3. Grab your booking link. You get a single shareable page at booknox.com/book/your-name: instant quote, signed contract, and deposit in one flow.
- 4. Point new inquiries at it. Update your link in bio, email signature, and inquiry replies. New clients book through BookNox and pay deposits straight to your own Stripe.
- 5. Run both, then cancel. Let in flight HoneyBook bookings finish there, then cancel from your HoneyBook company settings, which its pricing page says you can do at any time.

What vendors weigh
What vendors weigh when comparing HoneyBook.
- The billing. HoneyBook’s headline prices are billed yearly; billed monthly, its Starter plan is $36 a month. BookNox is $29 a month flat, billed monthly, with no annual prepay to reach the headline price.
- The money path. HoneyBook is the payment processor on its own payments, at its own published rates. BookNox’s platform fee is 0%; you pay only standard Stripe processing, and deposits land in your own Stripe account.
- The tier ladder. HoneyBook lists automations, QuickBooks Online integration, and up to 2 team members among what its Essentials plan adds over Starter. BookNox has one price, and those don’t move it.

- Can I keep my existing clients?
- Yes. Your clients are yours. Bring your client list into BookNox as a CSV (Clients → Import) in a couple of minutes, then send existing and new clients your booking link. Switching tools doesn't change who your clients are.
- Will my old contracts and data carry over?
- Your contacts do: import them into BookNox as a CSV in one step. Keep copies of any past projects, contracts, and invoices you want before you cancel. The rest of your BookNox setup is a fresh start of about 30 minutes, which is exactly why it's fast.
- Do I have to cancel HoneyBook first, or can I run both?
- Run both in parallel. Keep HoneyBook active while any open bookings there finish, and take new inquiries through BookNox. When you're ready, cancel HoneyBook from your company settings; its pricing page says you can cancel at any time.
- How long does switching take?
