How to switch from HoneyBook to BookNox.

The move, step by step

An afternoon, not a migration project.

Import your HoneyBook contacts in a couple of minutes, then stand up your booking page. Your HoneyBook history stays exactly where it is while you set up your new front door.

• 1. Import your HoneyBook clients. Export your HoneyBook contacts as a CSV (Clients → Contacts → Download spreadsheet) and import it into BookNox in one step (Clients → Import). Projects, contracts, and invoices have no bulk export anywhere, so download the few you need per project, and note your billing-cycle end date before you cancel.
• 2. Set up your packages once. Re-create your services and prices in settings (about 15 minutes) plus your per-vertical contract defaults.
• 3. Grab your booking link. You get a single shareable page at booknox.com/book/your-name: instant quote, signed contract, and deposit in one flow.
• 4. Point new inquiries at it. Update your link in bio, email signature, and inquiry replies. New clients book through BookNox and pay deposits straight to your own Stripe.
• 5. Run both, then cancel. Let in-flight HoneyBook bookings finish there, then cancel at your billing-cycle end (Company Settings → Membership → Cancel Plan) so you keep access until you’re fully moved over.

Can I keep my existing clients?

Yes. Your clients are yours. Export your HoneyBook contact list (Clients → Contacts → Download spreadsheet as CSV) and import it into BookNox in a couple of minutes, then send existing and new clients your booking link. Switching tools doesn't change who your clients are.

Will my old contracts and data carry over?

Your contacts do: export them from HoneyBook and import the CSV into BookNox in one step. Projects, contracts, and invoices have no clean bulk export anywhere, so download the few you want to keep per project before you cancel. The rest of your BookNox setup is a fresh ~30-minute start, which is exactly why it's fast.

Do I have to cancel HoneyBook first, or can I run both?

Run both in parallel. Keep HoneyBook active while any in-flight bookings there finish, and take new inquiries through BookNox. When you're ready, cancel HoneyBook at your billing-cycle end (Company Settings → Membership → Cancel Plan) so you don't lose access early.

How long does switching take?
