Free tool

Signature generator.
Type → pick a font → download.

For your email signature, your invoice sign-off, your social profile, your proposal footer. Five script fonts, transparent PNG, generated entirely in your browser — BookNox never sees your name.

Generated entirely in your browser. BookNox never sees your name or the rendered image. Transparent PNG — works as an email-signature image, watermark, or proposal sign-off.

When to use a typed signature

Decoration. Not a legal e-signature.

The PNG this tool generates is a typed-script image. It looks like a handwritten signature but is fundamentally different in legal weight from an actual electronic signature captured per ESIGN-Act / UETA standards.

  • Use it for: email signatures, social profiles, proposal footers, blog post sign-offs, watermarks on photos. Anywhere the image is decorative or attribution, not a binding legal mark.
  • Don’t use it for: signing contracts, agreements, or anything requiring legal-grade e-signature. A typed script font with no audit trail (IP, user-agent, consent timestamp, document hash) doesn’t meet ESIGN-Act §7001 or UETA standards for enforceability.
  • For real contracts, BookNox handles e-signature properly. When a client signs a proposal on a BookNox-hosted page, the signature is captured via canvas (drawn) or typed-with-consent + IP + user-agent + consent-to-electronic timestamp + signed timestamp + SHA-256 document hash, stored in immutable Vercel Blob storage. See /product/contracts.

For everything past decoration, sign properly.

BookNox auto-generates ESIGN/UETA-compliant contracts on every booking, with a full audit trail and tamper-evident PDF storage.
