- Design substitution policy preserving color palette — if a stem isn’t available the day of, you can substitute within the agreed palette without breaching contract
- Rental-piece returns within 48 hours + replacement-cost terms for vases, candle holders, arches, stands — covered in writing so you stop chasing returned hardware
- Post-event breakdown + removal included — spelled out so the venue’s timeline matches yours
- Travel + per-mile mileage clause for deliveries beyond the included radius (no “just charge me what feels fair”)
- Cancellation policy with configurable notice window so a late-cancel doesn’t eat your stem-purchase cost
