How billing works

Setting up your services, your pricing, and your booking page costs nothing and needs no card. The subscription starts when you are ready to deliver: sending a proposal, publishing your booking page, or collecting a client deposit. It is $29 a month, billed monthly by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard, and new subscriptions carry a refund window of fourteen days from the first payment. Read the refund policy.
Where the money goes
Your money never passes through us.
Client deposits and balances are Stripe direct charges on your own connected Stripe account, and they settle straight to your own bank. You are the merchant. You pay standard Stripe processing on those payments, the same rate you would pay anywhere, and it goes to Stripe rather than to us. BookNox is software. It is not a bank, a marketplace, or a money transmitter, and it never holds your funds or your client’s funds.
