Templates · Proposals

Proposal templates that auto-fill.
From the quote your prospect built.

Every BookNox proposal is generated from real booking data — vendor name, prospect name, service date, selected package, add-ons, travel, deposit amount — not from a static template the vendor edits each time. The proposal section, the contract section, and the invoice section live inside the same tokenized document. Client picks, signs, pays — one link.

What ships in every proposal

Proposal + contract + invoice, one document.

Inspired by HoneyBook’s unified document pattern, built from scratch in BookNox with from-scratch ESIGN-Act / UETA compliance primitives. Each proposal lands as a tokenized URL at /proposal/[token] with an access-code gate.

  • Header strip with parties + service date — vendor name, client name, contracted service date, emails for both sides
  • Invoice section at the top — line items + subtotal + deposit due, so the client sees the number before they read the contract sections
  • Service-agreement sections — parties, services, fees, cancellation, force-majeure, deliverables, liability, governing law, electronic-signature consent
  • Per-vertical specialty terms section — the clauses unique to your booking shape (DJ overtime, venue alcohol policy, florist substitution, caterer headcount lock, doula on-call window, wedding-planner milestone schedule, etc.)
  • Signature page + audit trail — drawn or typed signature, IP, user agent, consent-to- electronic timestamp, signed timestamp, SHA-256 tamper hash — stored alongside the immutable PDF
  • Embedded Stripe deposit button — the client signs and pays in the same flow, no separate checkout email

What proposals are NOT in BookNox

No standalone “download a blank PDF” flow.

BookNox doesn’t ship generic blank-proposal PDFs for vendors to download and edit in Word. The proposal is part of the booking flow — vendor builds the quote, prospect gets a tokenized link, the proposal is generated with the real data. The HoneyBook-style downloadable proposal-template marketplace is intentionally out of scope; the differentiator is auto-generated-from-real-booking.

If you want a blank invoice PDF you can edit and email today, the free invoice generator ships a real PDF download with no email gate.

Send a real proposal in one link.

BookNox launches soon. Get on the list and we’ll email you the moment vendor signups open.
