Connect Stripe (get paid to your bank)

BookNox uses Stripe Connect to move money. This is the one account you set up yourself, through a guided Stripe form. It's how client payments reach your bank.

BookNox never holds your money

When a client pays, the funds settle directly into your own connected Stripe account and then to your bank — not to BookNox. You are the merchant of record for your client transactions. BookNox is the software that sends the quote and the contract; it is not a bank or a payment processor and never holds your funds.

How to connect

In onboarding, choose Connect Stripe. Stripe's hosted form collects your identity and bank details (this is standard KYC — required so they can pay you out and handle tax forms). When you finish, you're returned to BookNox.

Why payments are blocked until this is done

Your public booking page won't go live, and clients can't pay, until Stripe confirms your account can accept charges. That's deliberate — it stops a client from trying to pay before you can actually receive the money. Finish the Stripe steps and the page activates.
