Publish your booking page

Your public booking page is the single link you share with prospects. It lives at booknox.com/book/your-name, shows an instant quote against your real catalog, and turns a request into a proposal automatically.

Your link

Your page URL (your slug) is generated from your business name on first save and you can change it in Settings. Pick something clean. It's what you'll put in your bio, emails, and ads.

What it takes to go live

Your page activates once all of these are set:

• Your name and business name
• Stripe connected (so you can be paid)
• Google Calendar connected (so booked dates drop in)
• At least one pricing catalog
• An active subscription (building is free; subscribing publishes the page)

Why your link says not found

Until every item above is set, your booknox.com/book link deliberately shows a not found page. That is by design: an unfinished page is never visible to the public, and nobody can tell an unpublished page from one that does not exist. Your dashboard overview and Settings always name the exact step that is still missing, so check there rather than the public link. The moment the last step completes, the page goes live on its own; there is no separate publish button.

If Stripe cannot verify your account

When you connect Stripe, Stripe runs its own identity verification. Occasionally Stripe declines an account. That decision is made by Stripe, not by BookNox, and clicking Connect again will not change it.

You can see Stripe's decision and act on it yourself: sign in and open your Onboarding page. Under the Connect Stripe step, your Stripe account panel shows the current status of your account and every action Stripe is asking for, including Stripe's appeal form when one is offered for a declined account. Complete what the panel asks and the status updates on its own; nothing needs to go through us.

While verification is unresolved, your booking page stays unpublished and online deposit collection waits. Everything else you have built keeps working: your catalog and settings are saved, and with an active subscription you can still send proposals and collect signed contracts.
