Your prices live in Settings, under your pricing catalog. This is what powers the instant quote on your booking page — when a client picks options, they see your real numbers immediately.

Per-industry catalogs

BookNox supports many industries (photographers, weddings, DJs, florists, officiants, venues, caterers, doulas, life coaches, virtual assistants, tutors). You configure a catalog for each industry you work in. A catalog holds your packages, add-ons, travel rules, deposit percentage, and your contract defaults (cancellation window and the industry-specific terms).

Start from defaults, then edit

You can start a catalog from BookNox's illustrative defaults for your industry, then change every number to your own. The defaults are a credible mid-market starting point, not fixed prices.

You need at least one catalog

Creating a proposal is blocked until you've configured at least one industry's catalog — so clients never see placeholder prices. Set one up in Settings and the proposal builder opens.
