BookNox gives you one shareable link that quotes every client, sends the proposal and contract, and collects the deposit, straight to your own bank. Here's the whole path from a fresh account to taking your first booking online.

1. Sign in

Go to booknox.com/start (the Build your quote page button anywhere on the site lands there) and enter your email. We send a one-time sign-in link. No passwords. Click it and you're in. The link is good for 15 minutes and works once.

2. Build for free

Building is free and needs no card. Onboarding has three steps: connect Stripe (so deposits can reach your bank), connect Google Calendar (so booked dates drop in automatically), and set up your business profile and pricing. You can also draft proposals (up to 5) and preview them as watermarked drafts. Each step has its own help article below.

3. Subscribe to go live

BookNox is a flat monthly subscription with no booking cut. Subscribing is what publishes your booking page and lets proposals be sent, signed, and paid. From your dashboard, open Billing and start your subscription. (Beta testers: enter your invitation code on the checkout to get the beta price.)

4. Publish and share

With your profile, prices, Stripe, Calendar, and subscription in place, your public booking page goes live at booknox.com/book/your-name. Share that link anywhere. Clients get an instant quote and book online.
