If you travel to events, your catalog can price the drive automatically. Clients see the travel line added to their quote before they ever talk to you.

Your travel rules

In your pricing catalog you set a free radius (miles included in every booking) and a per-mile rate beyond it. BookNox's illustrative defaults are a starting point; put in your real numbers.

What the client sees

On your booking page the client types the event address into a type-ahead lookup. BookNox measures the real driving distance from your business address, applies your rules, and adds the travel amount to the quote on the spot. The same figure flows into the proposal and the contract.

If the lookup can't find an address

The client can adjust the address or submit anyway; you'll see what they entered on the request and can confirm travel with them before the proposal goes out.
