Managing bookings & your dashboard

Your dashboard is the pipeline for every job — from a first inquiry to a paid, confirmed booking. It's organized into three stages.

Requests

When someone fills out your public booking page, it arrives here as a request with their details, their date, and the quote they configured. From a request you can turn it into a proposal.

Proposals

A proposal is the combined quote, contract, and invoice you've sent. It sits here while it's awaiting the client's signature and deposit. A request booked on your public page mints a proposal automatically.

Bookings

Once the deposit is paid, the job becomes a confirmed booking. Across the pipeline you'll see statuses like pending deposit, booked, delivered, final due, and overdue, so you always know what needs attention.

Finding signed documents

Every signed proposal is stored as a PDF you can open from the booking. It carries the signature, the timestamps, and a tamper-evident hash.
