Recurring monthly engagements

Tutors, life coaches, and virtual assistants can send a proposal that bills monthly for a fixed term, from 2 to 12 months, instead of quoting a single package.

How it works

You set the monthly amount and the number of months when you build the proposal. The first month is the deposit: your client pays it when they sign. Every later month collects automatically on schedule, every 30 days from signing, by secure payment link or by card if your client opted in to autopay.

The term is written into the contract

The monthly schedule appears in the payment section of the agreement your client signs, so the document and the collection schedule always match.

No automatic renewal

The agreement ends after the final month. Nothing renews or charges past the term you set; continuing together means sending a new proposal.
