Weekly availability holds

If the same weekday is spoken for every week (a standing client, a class you teach), add a recurring weekly hold and your booking page stops offering that day.

Setting a hold

Open Availability in Settings and add a hold: pick the weekday, the date the hold ends, and an optional label. You can keep up to 14 holds at once and remove any of them whenever you like.

What clients see

Held weekdays show as unavailable on your booking page through the hold's end date, the same way a fully booked date does. Clients can still pick any other open day.

Your Google Calendar

If your Google Calendar is connected, each hold also appears there as a weekly event through its end date, so you see it next to your real bookings. Hold events are marked Free on purpose: they are a visual mirror, and your page's availability comes from your BookNox settings. If you remove a hold or disconnect your calendar, BookNox removes the mirror events for you.
