Canceling & what happens to your data

You can cancel your BookNox subscription anytime from Billing in your dashboard. Here's exactly what happens.

Who bills you

Your subscription is billed by Lemon Squeezy, the merchant of record for that charge. That's separate from Stripe, which moves money between you and your clients.

The 14-day refund window

New subscriptions have a 14-day refund window. After that, you can still cancel anytime. You just won't be refunded for the current period. The full policy lives at booknox.com/refunds.

What canceling does

When you cancel, delivery keeps working until the end of the period you've already paid for. After that your booking page unpublishes and sending, signing, and deposit collection pause until you resubscribe. You can still sign in: your account, catalogs, drafts, and records stay right where they were. Your data isn't deleted immediately. See our Privacy Policy for how long things are retained.
