Canceling & what happens to your data

You can cancel your BookNox subscription anytime from Billing in your dashboard. Here's exactly what happens.

Who bills you

Your subscription is billed by Lemon Squeezy, the merchant of record for that charge. That's separate from Stripe, which moves money between you and your clients.

The 14-day refund window

New subscriptions have a 14-day refund window. After that, you can still cancel anytime — you just won't be refunded for the current period.

What canceling does

When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for; then the dashboard locks. Your data isn't deleted immediately — see our Privacy Policy for how long things are retained.
